本文研究了笨和环己烷在碱金属阳离子交换型ZSM-5沸石上的吸附作用,沸石中的阳离子半径大小及其性质对吸附作用的影响,以及沸石孔道内吸附力场的特征。用高真空重量法测定了在沸点温度与临界温度之间的范围内苯和环己烷在H、Li、Na、K、Rb和Cs型ZSM-5六种沸石上的高温吸附等温线,测得苯和环己烷在HZSM-5上的初始吸附热,分别为19.5和15.0千卡/克分子,此外还进行了热重实验和程序升温热脱附实验。结果表明碱金属阳离子交换型ZSM-5沸石孔腔吸附力场强,尤其对环己烷在ZSM-5沸石体系上的吸附,非特定作用力强,而且能量分布不均一。与环己烷相比,笨在沸石体系上的吸附特定作用较强,阳离子半径小的沸石上对苯的吸附特定作用更为明显。
In this paper, the adsorption of stupid and cyclohexane on alkali metal cation exchange ZSM-5 zeolites, the size of cationic radii in zeolites and the influence of their properties on the adsorption and the adsorption force fields in zeolites were studied. The high temperature adsorption isotherms of benzene and cyclohexane on six zeolites of H, Li, Na, K, Rb and Cs type ZSM-5 were measured by high vacuum gravimetric method The initial adsorption heats of benzene and cyclohexane on HZSM-5 were 19.5 and 15.0 kcal / mol, respectively. In addition, thermal gravimetric and programmed temperature desorption experiments were also performed. The results showed that the adsorptive field of alkali metal cation-exchange zeolite ZSM-5 zeolite was strong, especially for the adsorption of cyclohexane on ZSM-5 zeolite system, with strong non-specific effect and uneven energy distribution. Compared with cyclohexane, stupid zeolite in the system of adsorption-specific role of strong, small cationic zeolite on the adsorption of benzene-specific role even more pronounced.
