班主任的教学管理工作非常繁重,不仅要对学生的学习情况非常了解,还要促进学生综合素质的提高,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的自信心。文章对班主任教学管理工作中遇到的问题进行分析,并提出有效的解决策略,旨在提升班主任教学管理工作的质量和效率。
Class teacher teaching management is very arduous, not only to learn the situation of students is very well, but also to promote the overall quality of students, stimulate students interest in learning, develop students’ self-confidence. The article analyzes the problems encountered in class teaching management and proposes effective strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of class teaching management.
