基于CAMEO软件包,结合ArcGIS Engine,以VB为开发语言,设计了城市燃气管网事故应急决策系统。系统模块包括事故信息管理、应急资源管理、事故后果分析、应急路线规划、应急方案确定等,可以实现事故信息的有效管理、应急资源的可视化管理、燃气事故(泄漏、燃烧、爆炸等)影响范围的界定、有效应急路线的规划、事故应急方案的确定等。将该系统应用到常州某燃气公司的某段天然气管道泄漏事故的应急管理,结果表明,该系统运行流畅、操作简单、功能稳定,为城市燃气管网的风险评估和应急决策提供了技术支撑。
Based on CAMEO software package and ArcGIS Engine, VB was taken as the development language to design emergency decision system of urban gas pipeline accident. System modules include accident information management, emergency resource management, accident consequence analysis, emergency route planning and emergency plan determination, etc., which can effectively manage accident information, visualize emergency resources and manage gas accidents (leakage, combustion, explosion, etc.) The definition of effective emergency routes, the identification of emergency plans and so on. The system was applied to the emergency management of some natural gas pipeline leakage accident in a gas company in Changzhou. The results showed that the system was smooth, simple and stable in function, which provided the technical support for the risk assessment and emergency decision-making of the urban gas pipeline network.
