薪酬管理是事业单位人力资源管理的重要组成部分,能够有效调动职工的工作积极性,激发职工的内在潜能,给事业单位注入源源不断的生机和活力。然而当前我国很多事业单位应用的薪酬管理方法不够科学,职工普遍缺乏工作热情,工作效率十分低下,严重影响了事业单位在社会公众面前的形象,给事业单位的发展造成了一定的阻碍。本文将论述事业单位薪酬管理中存在的问题,并提出薪酬管理与薪酬激励的有效方法,促使事业单位的人力资源发挥出最大的效用。
Payroll management is an important part of human resource management in public institutions, which can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and workers, stimulate the inherent potential of employees, and inject continuous vitality into the public institutions. However, at present, the compensation management methods applied by many institutions in our country are not scientific enough. Workers generally lack the enthusiasm for work and their work efficiency is very low. This has seriously affected the public institutions’ public image and has hindered the development of public institutions. This article will discuss the existing problems in PSU management and put forward effective methods of SA management and remuneration incentive so as to make the PSU exert its maximum effectiveness.
