目的:建立一套完整的“云端结合”远程胎心监测平台,为省内孕妇提供一种专业又方便的远程胎心监测服务。方法:通过智能手机蓝牙通信接收胎心感知设备的监测数据,并通过4G/WiFi网络连接云端平台,实现远程胎心监测服务。结果:基于省级及各下级妇产科医院产妇实际需求和医生的碎片化时间,实现了基于省级妇产科医院远程胎心监测平台的胎心云服务。结论:远程胎心监测平台的设计和应用满足了孕妇居家胎心监测的需要,把医院的服务带回家,充分利用了医院资源,满足了孕妇实际需求,减少了医院门诊压力。
Objective: To establish a complete “cloud combined with” remote fetal heart monitoring platform for pregnant women in the province to provide a professional and convenient remote fetal heart monitoring service. Methods: The monitoring data of fetal heart-sensing equipment was received by smartphone Bluetooth communication, and the remote fetal heart monitoring service was connected to the cloud platform via 4G / WiFi network. Results: Based on the actual needs of maternity and gynecology hospitals at provincial and subordinate levels and the doctor’s fragmentation time, a fetal heart cloud service based on the remote fetal heart rate monitoring platform at provincial level maternity hospitals was implemented. Conclusion: The design and application of remote fetal heart rate monitoring platform meets the need of monitoring the fetal heart rate of pregnant women at home. It takes the hospital service home and makes full use of hospital resources to meet the actual needs of pregnant women and reduce the pressure of hospital outpatient service.
