优秀的员工是企业最宝贵的资源,经营好人力资源一个至关重要的工作是做好薪酬管理。企业应注重薪酬体系的优化,最大限度激发员工积极性,从而进一步提高企业的竞争力。本文探讨公平理论在企业薪酬管理中的应用,使员工获得公平感,提高员工的工作效率。同时,对企业吸引和留住人才,保持良好绩效起到促进作用。 Outstanding staff is the most valuable resource for the enterprise. To manage human resources is a crucial task to do well in salary management. Enterprises should pay attention to the optimization of the remuneration system to maximize the enthusiasm of employees, so as to further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This article explores the application of fairness theory in the management of enterprise salaries, gives employees a sense of fairness and enhances the work efficiency of employees. At the same time, it plays a catalytic role in attracting and retaining talents and maintaining good performance.
