服务社会是时代赋予高校图书馆的历史使命,也是高校图书馆资源共享、协同创新的重要途径,更是当今社会对高校图书馆的迫切需求。近30年来业界同仁们进行了广泛深入的理论研究,并进行了积极的实践探索。据此提出了高校图书馆应转变观念,强化其公益性和社会职能、建立完善的社会服务管理制度、调整机构设置,组建专门的社会服务部门、制定兼顾服务社会的文献资源配置方案、构建面向社会的开放型信息平台、创新服务模式等策略。
Serve the society is the historical mission entrusted to the university library by the times. It is also an important way for the university library to share resources and co-innovate. It is also the urgent need of the contemporary society for the university library. Nearly 30 years of industry colleagues conducted extensive and in-depth theoretical research, and conducted a positive practice exploration. Based on this, it is suggested that university library should change its concept, strengthen its nonprofit and social functions, establish a perfect social service management system, adjust the institutional setting, set up a special social service department, formulate a document resource allocation plan that takes into account the service society, Social open information platform, innovative service model and other strategies.
