为了测量柴油机曲轴箱主轴孔与缸套孔中心线的不垂直度,我们自制了一种简单的测量工具,其结构如图1所示。主轴孔内插入一根涨紧芯棒3,通过涨套2的涨紧来确保芯棒与主轴孔同心。在芯棒的一端(外圆已精磨过)套上一只与芯棒轴径有0.01~0.015mm间隙的套环7。套环上紧固有撑杆8和千分表9。根据不同要求,千分表和撑杆可调节上下不同位置。在缸套孔内,装进一根经调质和表面淬火后精磨过的测量芯棒6(根据不同孔径制造,亦可用可消除间隙的锥轴、锥套涨紧组件)。测量芯棒与缸套孔应保
In order to measure the non-perpendicularity of the centerline of the main shaft hole of the crankcase of the diesel engine with the center line of the cylinder sleeve, we made a simple measuring tool and the structure is shown in Fig.1. Insert a tensioning mandrel 3 in the spindle hole to ensure that the mandrel is concentric with the spindle hole by the tensioning of the sleeve 2. At one end of the mandrel (the outer circumference has been refined), a collar 7 having a clearance of 0.01-0.015 mm is placed over the mandrel. The collar is fastened with struts 8 and dial gauge 9. According to different requirements, dial indicator and strut can be adjusted up and down different locations. In the cylinder hole, fitted with a quenched and quenched surface after measuring the mandrel 6 (made of different pore sizes, can also be used to eliminate the gap of the taper shaft, tapered sleeve tensioning components). Measuring mandrel and cylinder liner holes should be insured
