目的:探讨桃蛭枳朴冲剂预防肠粘连的作用机理。方法:选用SD雄性大鼠,手术造成肠粘连模型,每日灌胃桃蛭枳朴冲剂10、20g/kg,连续12天。结果:该药可使大鼠肠粘连程度减轻,平均粘连长度降低。此外,实验还证明桃蛭枳朴冲剂能延长小鼠断尾出血时间和豚鼠血浆复钙时间,改善小鼠耳廓微循环,提高小鼠小肠炭末推进率,对大鼠离体回肠有轻度的兴奋作用,能抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性和巴豆油所致耳廓肿胀,并能提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。结论:桃蛭枳朴冲剂对肠粘连有一定的预防作用,其作用机理可能是通过改善局部组织的缺血状况,提高肠蠕动功能,减少炎症渗出,使腹腔内渗出物及时吸收,从而起到预防肠粘连的作用。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of prevention of intestinal adhesion by Tao Qi Pu granules. METHODS: Male SD rats were used to induce intestinal adhesions. The rats were given 10,20 g/kg of Tao Zhi Pu granules daily for 12 consecutive days. Results: The drug can reduce the extent of intestinal adhesion in rats and reduce the average length of adhesions. In addition, the experiment also proved that Tao Zhi Pu Infusion can prolong the bleeding time of tail-clamping mice and the recalcification time of guinea pig plasma, improve microcirculation of mouse auricles, increase the rate of small intestine charcoal advancement in mice, and lighten rat ileum. The degree of excitatory effects can inhibit mouse capillary permeability in the abdominal cavity and auricular swelling caused by croton oil, and can increase the phagocytic function of mouse peritoneal macrophages. Conclusion: Taozhipu granules have a certain preventive effect on intestinal adhesions. The mechanism of action may be through improving the ischemic condition of local tissues, improving the peristaltic function of the intestines, reducing the inflammatory exudation, and allowing the exudates in the abdominal cavity to be absorbed in time. Play a role in preventing intestinal adhesions.
