江泽民同志关于“三个代表”的重要论述，是在新形势、新任务下如何加强党建工作，如何使我们党立于不败之地的重要指导方针。作为县市领导干部应更深刻地体会到，人民群众的利益高于一切，从政治、经济、文化上关心维护好人民群众的根本利益是我们一切工作的出发点和落脚点。
Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important exposition on “three represents” is an important guideline for how to strengthen party building and how to make our party invincible under the new situation and new tasks. As the leading cadres in counties and cities, we should realize more deeply that the interests of the masses of the people are above all else and that it is the starting point and the foothold of all our work to take care of the fundamental interests of the masses politically, economically and culturally.
