为了研究重点运动员训练及参赛期间自身规律,探讨总结其个性化特征,文章运用文献资料法、实验测试法、体能分配模式速度系数法及数理统计法对优秀女子游泳运动员备战全运会及参赛期间进行训练监控个案研究。得出主要结论:备战某次重大比赛阶段训练对机体施加负荷较合理,身体机能整体呈良性发展,其血红蛋白和血尿素随负荷变化在可控范围之内,机体肌酸激酶对刺激反应较敏感;有氧能力随训练逐步提高,但乳酸能系统参与度较低,建议在加强有氧训练基础上对乳酸能系统进行精炼,并加强营养和监控;在重大比赛时,800米自由泳途中游速度过于平稳,基本无明显加速特征,400米混合泳体能分配较合理。
In order to study the regularity of the key athletes during their training and competition, and to discuss and summarize their individual characteristics, this paper uses the methods of documentation, experiment and test, Conduct training monitoring case studies.
