为探讨长期吸烟对空腹血脂、血糖、胰岛素及胰岛素敏感性指标的影响及其变化规律 ,在 82例健康成人中通过多元逐步回归分析 ,探讨长期吸烟对血脂、血糖、胰岛素及胰岛素敏感性指标影响的显著性及影响程度 ;并以协方差分析校正其它影响因素后 ,对比分析长期吸烟者与不吸烟者血脂、血糖、胰岛素及胰岛素敏感性指标的差异程度 .结果 :长期吸烟者伴随有糖代谢及脂代谢指标异常变化 ,并与吸烟程度有显著性相关关系 .校正其它可能影响的因素后 ,吸烟者脂代谢指标的变化表现为 :随吸烟程度增加 ,TC升高 ,而HDL -c ,HLR及Apoa降低 ,与不吸烟者相比 ,差异有统计学显著性 .吸烟也是糖代谢指标FPG ,FINS ,FCP ,CGR及IGRc的独立影响因素 ,但影响强度未达到与不吸烟者相比有统计学显著性的程度 .结果表明 :吸烟是与性别、年龄、体重指数、血压水平等的影响无关 ,对脂代谢和糖代谢指标有独立影响的因素 ,吸烟量与血脂血糖之间的相关性、长期吸烟者与不吸烟者之间的差异均表明了吸烟作为心血管疾病的主要危险因素之一的不利影响 .
To investigate the effects of long-term smoking on fasting blood lipids, blood glucose, insulin and insulin sensitivity index and its changes in 82 healthy adults by multiple stepwise regression analysis of long-term smoking on blood lipids, blood glucose, insulin and insulin sensitivity index The degree of significance and degree of influence were analyzed.And the other influencing factors were corrected by analysis of covariance.Results: Long-term smokers were accompanied by glucose metabolism And abnormal changes of lipid metabolism index, and had a significant correlation with the degree of smoking.After correcting other factors that may be affected, the change of lipid metabolism index of smokers showed as follows: with the increase of smoking, TC increased, while HDL-c, HLR And Apoa decreased significantly compared with non-smokers, smoking was also an independent influencing factor of glucose metabolism indicators FPG, FINS, FCP, CGR and IGRc, but the impact intensity did not reach statistics compared with non-smokers The degree of significance of the study.The results show that: smoking is not related to gender, age, body mass index, blood pressure levels, etc., Lipid metabolism and glucose metabolism indicators have an independent impact on the factors, the relationship between smoking and plasma lipids and blood glucose, long-term smokers and non-smokers have shown that smoking as one of the major risk factors for cardiovascular disease adverse influences .
