检验医学住院医师规范化培训是培养检验医师的重要途径。如何提高培训效果是一个亟待解决的问题。本研究将教导式教学方式、互动式教学方式和针对性教学方式3种教学方式应用到检验医学住院医师规范化培训中,并建立了多元化的评估与持续改进规定,对每种教学方式的应用进行了详细的探究。经过多年累积应用效果较好,使得住院医师的岗位胜任力得到“进阶式”的提高。“,”The standardized residency training of laboratory medicine is an important component in the training system of qualified laboratory practitioners, however, the training outcome is an emerging challenge. In this study, general-teaching, interactive-teaching and targeting-teaching were applied. Multi-dimensional evaluation and continuous feedback were conducted to accurately assess the effect of each teaching method. The application of this training mode for years is inspiring because of improved post competence of residence trainees.
