处在生理和心理上的过渡时期的高中生们,在外界因素的影响下,加之学业压力大,身心会受到很多的干扰。因此,高中生的心理健康教育不容忽视。心理健康教育不能锢守于学校的心理健康老师,应该更多地渗透于基础学科教育中。高中生物作为基础学科之一,也应该作为一种心理健康教育的手段,将心理健康教育与生物教学结合起来,帮助学生在学习学科知识的同时,也得到心理方面的启示,从而使学生得到身心方面的全面发展。
