目的：分析４４例眶壁爆裂性骨折的临床特征及评价其手术疗效。方法：对行眶壁骨折整复术的４４例住院患者进行回顾性研究。结果：４４例患者出院时眼球内陷全部矫正，复视消失２０例（占５２．６％），减轻１６例（占４２．１％）。结论：对眶壁爆裂性骨折在保守治疗两周后，复视无明显改善或眼球内陷较明显时，手术治疗是唯一有效的手段。 Objective: To analyze the clinical features and evaluate the curative effect of 44 cases of orbital blowout fractures. Methods: Forty-four inpatients with orbital fracture surgery were retrospectively studied. Results: All the 44 patients were corrected at the time of discharge. There were 20 cases (52.6%) of diplopia disappeared and 16 cases (42.1%) were alleviated. CONCLUSIONS: Surgical treatment is the only effective means for orbital blowout fractures after two weeks of conservative treatment without any significant improvement in diplopia or obvious retraction of the eye.
