在转炉炼钢中,采用工业纯氧操作与采用空气鼓风和富氧鼓风的转炉操作比较,具有许多的优点。用工业纯氧炼得的转炉钢,质量接近平炉钢。获得优质转炉钢的问题,归根结底是:减少钢中气体的饱和量;去除氮气、氧气;而且还要比一般贝斯麦钢中的有害杂质(磷与硫)含量要少一些。这个问题用增氧送风完全可以解决。随送风中富氧含量的增加,钢中含氮量逐步下降。而当用纯氧操作时,含氮量最小。
In converter steelmaking, the use of industrial pure oxygen operation has many advantages over converter operations using air-blasting and oxygen-enriched blasting. Converter steel obtained from industrial pure oxygen is of similar quality to open hearth steel. The problem of obtaining high quality converter steel is, in the final analysis, reducing the amount of gas saturation in the steel; removing nitrogen and oxygen; and also less than the harmful impurities (phosphorus and sulfur) in a typical bass wheat steel. This problem can be solved with oxygen supply air supply. With the increase of oxygen content in the blast, the nitrogen content in the steel decreased gradually. When operated with pure oxygen, the nitrogen content is minimal.
