采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定家兔血浆中奎尼丁与乙胺碘呋酮的浓度,并对两药的相互作用进行了初步探讨。奎尼丁和乙胺碘呋酮的血浆最低检测浓度均为0.1μg/ml,线性范围为0.1~16.0μg/ml;一日内回收率分别为103.49%和74.67%。除静脉注射乙胺碘呋酮的t~(1/2)(β)在与奎尼丁(灌胃)合用时有统计学差异外,其他有关参数在两药合用时未见显著差别。
Simultaneous determination of quinidine and amiodarone in rabbits plasma was carried out by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The interaction between the two drugs was also discussed. The lowest plasma concentrations of quinidine and amiodarone were 0.1μg / ml and the linear range was 0.1 ~ 16.0μg / ml. The recoveries were 103.49% and 74.67% respectively within one day. In addition to intravenous amiodarone t ~ (1/2) (β) in combination with quinidine (gavage) with a statistically significant difference, the other relevant parameters in the combination of the two drugs showed no significant difference.
