1.渗层硬度低或硬度不均匀渗氮温度偏高;使用新渗氮罐或渗氮罐及通气管道长久使用未进行退氮处理(空炉加热),致使渗氮罐及通气管道对氨分解产生强烈的催化作用,罐内气体的氨分解率过高,都会使渗层硬度达不到要求。工件表面油渍未清除干净、工件调质后硬度偏低、原始组织不均匀、炉罐密封不良、工件在罐内放置不当、罐内气体循环不良,也都会使渗层硬度不均匀或硬度偏低。
