十几年来国外用人类自血病和淋巴瘤细胞系(以下简称细胞系)作了大量研究工作,为进一步研究人类自血病和淋巴瘤提供了许多资料和线索。培养方法迄今,大多数细胞系是用培养类淋巴母细胞系的方法培育出来的。即在 RPMI1640培养液(有些作者用 McCoy5A 或 F10,也有用 Ea-gle 氏液)中加20%左右的新生小牛血清,pH7.2,37℃静置悬浮培养,气相部份为5%～8%CO_2。在此基础上作某些修改可培育出不同的细胞系。
