研究表明:闽糖70/611,闽选703,F134,福引79/8,福引79/9,NCo310和Co740等7个抗病性不同的品种,受甘蔗花叶病毒感染后叶片叶肉细胞质膜,大、中、小维管束韧皮部筛管和伴胞质膜以及伴胞细胞质中ATPase活性均明显高于其健株相应部位;而维管束鞘细胞质膜ATPase活性则底于其健株相应部位。褪绿斑部位叶肉细胞叶绿体基本解体或消失;富含叶绿体的维管束鞘细胞多为淀粉粒所占据;结果表明染病后ATPase活性的变化程度似乎与品种抗病性强弱有关。
The results showed that 7 varieties with different disease resistances, such as 70/611, 703, F134, Fuyou 79/8, Fuyao 79/9, NCo310 and Co740, were affected by the sugarcane mosaic virus (CMV) Large, medium and small vascular bundles phloem sieve and accompanying plasma membrane and accompanying cytoplasmic ATPase activity were significantly higher than the corresponding parts of its healthy plants; and vascular bundle sheath plasma membrane ATPase activity at the end of the corresponding parts of its healthy plants. The chloroplast of mesophyll cells in the chlorotic spot basically disintegrated or disappeared. Most of the chloroplast-rich bundle-sheath cells were occupied by starch granules. The results showed that the degree of change of ATPase activity appeared to be related to the resistance of varieties to disease.
