探讨了个体感知到的组织创新对其探索式活动和利用式活动的影响,以及个体间目标一致性在其中的调节作用。使用192个样本数据进行实证研究。结果显示:个体感知到的组织突破性创新和组织渐进性创新会促进其探索式活动和利用式活动;个体间目标一致性会正向调节个体感知到的组织创新与其探索式活动和利用式活动的关系。最后提出了未来的研究方向。
It explores the impact of organizational innovation perceived by the individual on its exploratory and exploitative activities and the regulatory role of the target’s consistency among individuals. Empirical studies using 192 sample data. The results show that the perceived organizational breakthrough innovation and organizational incremental innovation will promote their exploratory activities and utilization activities; the inter-individual goal consistency will positively regulate the organizational innovation perceived by individuals and their exploratory activities and utilization activities Relationship.
