针对会泽铅锌矿选矿厂再磨作业矿物泥化严重及再磨效率低等问题,进行了二段再磨介质的优化试验研究。研究结果显示:在精矿再磨中用尺寸精确的铸铁段组取代钢球,磨不细产率降低了0.55个百分点,中间易选级别提高了2.64个百分点,-500目过粉碎含量降低了2.02个百分点,有效地减轻了泥化现象。
In view of the serious problem of mud mineralization and low efficiency of regrinding in the reclaiming work of Huize lead-zinc ore concentrator, the optimization test of the second regrinding medium was carried out. The results show that in the refinishing of the concentrate, the steel balls are replaced by the precise cast iron segment, the grinding yield is reduced by 0.55%, the intermediate selection level is increased by 2.64%, the -500 mesh overmilled content is reduced 2.02 percentage points, effectively reduce the mud phenomenon.
