以稻瘟病病原菌粗毒素提取液为选择压,对水稻进行抗病性筛选,结果表明:粗毒素提取液对水稻愈伤组织诱导、继代及分化有明显的抑制作用,抑制程度防毒素浓度提高而增强,且品种间差异显著。采用诱导与分化培养基均含毒素的处理方法筛选效果较好。毒素筛选的愈伤组织与对照相比,PAL酶活、POD酶活显著增强;POD同工酶酶谱中有新增谱带出现。
The results showed that the crude toxin extract had obvious inhibitory effect on induction, subculture and differentiation of rice callus, and the concentration of anti-toxin was increased But enhanced, and significant differences between varieties. Selection and treatment of medium containing both toxin and differentiation medium screening effect is better. Compared with the control, the PAL activity and the POD activity of the callus selected by the toxin screening were significantly enhanced. The new band appeared in the POD isoenzyme zymogram.
