本文观察了铅梁毒对大鼠长期记忆保存能力的影响,并经侧脑室给予胆碱能M、N受体激动剂和阻断剂,观察其对铅毒性的作用。结果显示:铅可明显损害大鼠对迷宫光亮分辨记忆的保存能力。M受体激动剂乙酰胆碱和阻断剂阿托品可分别显著改善和加重铅对长期记忆的损害,N受体激动剂烟碱亦有改善作用,但未见N受体阻断剂六烃季胺加重记忆损害的现象,这提示胆碱能M和N受体均在铅对大鼠长期记忆的影响中起作用,但其重要性和特性有所不同。
In this paper, the effects of lead poisoning on long-term memory preservation in rats were observed. Cholinergic M, N receptor agonists and blockers were administered to the lateral ventricles to observe their effects on lead toxicity. The results showed that: lead can significantly damage the rat’s ability to preserve the light-resolving memory of the maze. M receptor agonist acetylcholine and blocker atropine can significantly improve and aggravate the long-term memory of lead damage, N receptor agonist nicotine also improved, but no N-blocker six quaternary ammonium increased Memory impairment, suggesting that both cholinergic M and N receptors play a role in the effects of lead on long-term memory in rats, but their importance and characteristics are different.
