防洪工程水力断面的确定必须结合工程实际、水文地质条件、工程区建设的要求等进行。本文从阿克苏市东城区防洪工程实际条件、水文地质条件和工程布置情况出发，进行了防洪堤加固延伸段水力断面比选分析，在满足灌区灌溉要求和灌区地质条件的情况下，水力最佳断面是窄深式，而实用经济断面为宽浅式。
