本文通过对高水平男子场地自行车一公里运动员的专项耐力训练方法和手段的归纳总结,并根据自己的运动实践和本人从事自行车专业训练10多年及教练四年的一些自身感悟,与从中得到的一些宝贵的经验和学习心得,对场地男子自行车一公里计时赛运动员的专项耐力的训练方法和手段进行研究,并对今后的训练提出建设性意见。
This article sums up and summarizes the method and means of special stamina training for one kilometer of high-level men’s field bicycle, and according to his own practice and some self-perceptions that I engaged in bicycle professional training for more than 10 years and coach for four years, Valuable experience and learning experience, on the site of men’s bicycle one kilometer time trial athletes endurance training methods and means of research, and for future training put forward constructive comments.
