我局因民矿选厂φ2100短头型圆锥破碎机经过十多年(1959年投产使用)运转,由于矿石含泥量大,除铁设施不够完善,非破碎物体常常通过破碎机,以及给矿偏斜未能及时处理等原因,造成机座止口和支撑套口严重不均匀磨损,从排矿口上检查,最大间隙达17毫米。上述严重缺陷,不仅直接影响设备的安全运转,而且严重影响碎矿最终产品质量。他们曾多次检修,其方法是:在机座止口磨损处焊上垫铁,然后用砂轮和锉刀打平。这种方法存在如下缺点:接触面小,不耐用,最多可使用三个月,排矿口又产生偏斜。这种办法检修越多,止口斜面越不平整,二者配合也越差,机座更不耐用。他们曾多次申请外购新机座,结果都落了空。如
