目的探讨美欣乐(去氧孕烯炔雌醇片)在不全流产中的治疗效果。方法 56例不全流产患者均常规应用抗生素3~5d预防和控制感染;美欣乐(默沙东公司产品),每日一片,连服21d。阴道排出物送病理检查,彩超检查子宫腔内情况,治疗结束后1、2、3个月各随访一次。结果 56例患者治愈54例,彩超检查宫内无残留,阴道出血少于月经量,出血时间7~10d,治愈率96.43%,治愈的54例患者服美欣乐21d,停药3~5d月经复潮,复潮前均复查彩超,子宫内膜厚度为(8.98±3.73)mm。连续3个月回访,复查彩超无异常发现,月经规律,经常正常。所有对象服药过程中无明显恶心、呕吐、乳房胀痛、下肢胀痛等不适,体重无明显变化。结论美欣乐治疗不全流产效果显著,患者痛苦小,不良反应轻微,值得临床进一步应用及推广。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of mesalamine (desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablets) in incomplete abortion. Methods 56 patients with incomplete abortion were routinely treated with antibiotics for 3 ~ 5 days to prevent and control infection. Meixinle (Merck & Co., Inc.) was given once daily for 21 days. Fifty-four patients were treated with mercaptide for 21 days and withdrawal for 3-5 days Echocardiography, re-echocardiography were reviewed before ultrasound, endometrial thickness (8.98 ± 3.73) mm. For 3 consecutive months of visit, review no abnormal ultrasound found, regular menstruation, often normal. All subjects took no obvious nausea, vomiting, breast pain, lower limb pain and other discomfort during medication, no significant changes in body weight. Conclusion Meixinle treatment of incomplete abortion effect was significant, patients with small pain, mild adverse reactions, it is worth further clinical application and promotion.
