本文简介100tASEA—SKF钢包精炼炉的设备装置、精炼工艺、真空脱气的效果及锻件的质量.在正常操作条件下,经真空脱气的钢水中氢的含量可达2ppm,氧含量可达30ppm.钢水的脱氢率可达60～80%,脱硫率可达50%左右.锻件中的氧化物与硫化物的高倍显微评级较低,电解的稳定夹杂物评级也较低.锻件钢的冲击值,断面收缩率和延伸率有较明显地升高,低倍评级有所改善,超声波探伤缺陷有所减少.此种钢包精炼炉冶炼的钢种较为广泛,钢的纯净度较高,质量较好,但其设备装置比较复杂,尚需对精炼的技术工艺进行进一步的研究和完善.
