目的:考察用β-环糊精包合护心颗粒剂中广藿香和橘红的挥发油的工艺条件。方法:以包合物的收率和油转化率的综合评分作为评价指标,选择挥发油与β-环糊精的用量比、β-环糊精与加水量之比及研磨时间为主要影响因素,进行L9(34)正交试验,优化包合挥发油的工艺条件。结果:最佳包合工艺条件为挥发油与β-环糊精的用量比为1∶10,β-环糊精与加水量之比为1∶3,研磨时间为40 min。结论:广藿香和橘红挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺合理可行。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the technological conditions of volatile oil of patchouli and orange-red in the inclusion of β-cyclodextrin in Huxin Granules. Methods: The comprehensive score of inclusion compound yield and oil conversion rate was taken as the evaluation index. The ratio of the volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin, the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to water and grinding time were selected as the main factors. The L9 (34) orthogonal test was carried out to optimize the process conditions of inclusion of volatile oil. Results: The optimum inclusion conditions were that the ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin was 1:10, the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to water was 1: 3, and the grinding time was 40 min. Conclusion: The combination of β-cyclodextrin of patchouli and orange essential oil is reasonable and feasible.
