本文介绍了一种新型的、高效率的固液分离装置、翼片式斜板沉淀装置,也称迷宫式沉淀装置。这是近年来国际上新发展的技术。它的构造原理主要是采用横向流,由于翼片的阻挡作用形成三个液体流动的区域,主流区,涡流区和环流区,在离心力的作用下促使颗粒沉降。为了便于设计计算,本文推导了公的计算公式并举例介绍它的实际设计方法。在处理电镀混合废水时,使用它可以使出水浊度稳定在3.5度以下,效果明显优于其它处理方法。
This article describes a new type of high efficiency solid-liquid separation device, a fin-type swash plate settling unit, also known as a labyrinthine settling unit. This is a newly developed technology in the world in recent years. Its structural principle is mainly the use of horizontal flow, due to the fins blocking the formation of three liquid flow area, the mainstream area, eddy current and circulation area, under the action of centrifugal force to promote particle settlement. In order to facilitate the design calculation, this paper deduces the formula of public and gives an example to introduce its actual design method. In the treatment of electroplating mixed wastewater, the use of it can make the water turbidity stabilized at 3.5 degrees, the effect is significantly better than other treatment methods.
