In recent years, due to the increasing demand for pesticides in modern agriculture and environmental protection, the traditional killing has changed into a biological control. Heterocyclic compounds have attracted extensive attention in the development of pesticides due to their variable structure and extensive biological activity, especially nitrogen-containing heterocycles. 1,2,4-Triazole compounds have attracted extensive attention for their biological activities such as weeding, sterilization, insecticide, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anticonvulsant. Some 1,2,4-triazole ring-containing compounds have been developed successfully for many commercial pesticides and pharmaceuticals (Figure 1)
