大班制批量培训的教学组织形式存在一系列问题。由岗位需求引发培训,工作岗位直通培训部门,精细化培训,信息快速而准确传递,形成培训教育与安全生产培训需求的有机结合,相互促进,良性循环,培训资源不断优化,服务生产,提高培训部门的社会价值。培训部门制订配套的有效的培训模块,要打破传统的形式主义的模块,建立一个问题或一项技能为一个单元的灵巧型模块。培训模块的建立应遵循独立性、实用性、当日性、省时性的原则。在培训教学中,教师要放弃“传授者”的理念,树立“准备着”、“服务者”、“设计者”、“组织者”、“提问者”、“引导者”、“总结者”、“学习者”的观念。
