在水利水电工程建设实施阶段涉及项目投资变化的因素较多 ,为了保证实现投资效益目标 ,必须对实施过程中的项目投资进行全过程的动态控制管理。江垭工程系部分引进世行贷款项目 ,在工程建设管理上采取了世行贷款项目的通行做法。结合江垭工程的施工期投资情况和控制管理特点 ,建立了投资动态控制模型 ,严格控制资金计划、实施过程、偏差分析与纠偏措施等关键环节 ,采用动态模型方法进行辅助决策 ,使江垭工程项目投资控制取得了良好的工程经济效果 There are many factors involved in the project investment in the implementation phase of water conservancy and hydropower project construction. In order to ensure the realization of investment efficiency, the project investment in the process of implementation must be dynamically controlled and managed. Jiangya Engineering Department introduced part of the World Bank loan projects, the construction of the project management has taken the World Bank loan project practices. In combination with the investment and construction of Jiangya Project, the investment dynamic control model was established and the key links such as capital plan, implementation process, deviation analysis and corrective measures were strictly controlled, and the dynamic model method was used to assist the decision making. Project investment control has achieved good engineering economic results
