包公藤甲素是从草药包公藤中分离出来的新的生物碱。药用时制成苯甲酸盐,它具有较强的降低眼压和缩瞳作用。本文提出利用类似于Umbreit的方法测定包公藤甲素的含量。方法是藉其环状仲氟基与二硫化碳作用生成氨荒酸,再与铜离子生成络合物,用比色法测定。本文研究了比色法测定的条件:酸度、吡啶的用量和作用,铜盐的浓度,醋酸的用量,络合物生成的时间和稳定时间,反应温度以及采取用有机溶剂的选择等,还研究了水解产物及滴眼剂中的添加剂的干扰作用;从而建立了测定的方法。用本法测定同一试样六次其变异系数为1%。
Triptolide is a new alkaloid isolated from the herb kits. Medicinal made benzoate, it has a strong role in reducing intraocular pressure and miosis. This paper proposes the use of similar Umbreit method for determination of triptolide content. The method is based on the ring of secondary fluorine and carbon disulfide role of ammonia formation of a waste acid, and then generate complex with copper ions, measured by colorimetry. In this paper, the conditions of colorimetric determination: acidity, the amount and effect of pyridine, the concentration of copper salt, the amount of acetic acid used, the time of formation and stabilization of the complex, the reaction temperature and the choice of organic solvent are also studied The hydrolysates and eye drops in the additive interference; thus established a method of determination. The same sample measured by this method six times the coefficient of variation of 1%.
