【目的】深入研究并分析DOAJ的选刊标准和运作模式,为中国OA期刊加入DOAJ并快速实现规范化发展提供参考。【方法】通过数据分析法对中国已加入DOAJ的OA期刊的基本情况进行探讨,通过网站调研法和文献综述法对DOAJ的加盟准则、选刊流程和收费标准等内容进行总结与分析。【结果】DOAJ有严格的遴选规则,其选刊标准对中国OA期刊的网站建设、开放获取协议规范化和学术评价指标体系化等均有一定的启示作用,并可对COAJ的进一步发展提供借鉴。【结论】积极加入DOAJ平台,是中国OA期刊尽快实现标准化、国际化、精品化的可行之路,可以促使OA期刊的发展模式尽快成形,实现与国际期刊发展的接轨,从而逐步扩大期刊的国际影响力。 【Objectives】 In-depth study and analysis of DOAJ’s selection criteria and mode of operation, to provide reference for China’s OA journals to join DOAJ and quickly achieve standardized development. 【Method】 The data analysis method was used to explore the basic situation of OA journals that China had joined DOAJ. Through the website research method and literature review method, the author summarized and analyzed the DOAJ joining criteria, selection process and charging standards. 【Result】 DOAJ has strict rules of selection. The selection standard of DOAJ has certain enlightenment on website construction of China’s OA periodicals, standardization of open access agreements, systematic evaluation of academic indicators, etc., and can provide reference for the further development of COAJ. 【Conclusion】 Actively joining the DOAJ platform is a viable way to realize standardization, internationalization and quality improvement of OA journals in China as soon as possible, which can promote the development of OA journals as soon as possible and achieve convergence with the development of international journals so as to gradually expand the international Influence.
