需要创造一些必要的条件,积极鼓励学校直面教育本源性的问题,在育人模式层次上寻找改革的突破口。我省的学校教育正孕育着创新的强烈冲动,新的理念、新的模式、新的方法、新的路径风生水起,教育改革不时地会触及机制体制问题。在此种情势下,倘若我们固守于传统的规范,不敢越雷池一步,一些深层次的改革必定会因浅尝辄止而功败垂成。这是近年来我们在基层学校进行调研时常常油然而生的一种忧患。
We need to create some necessary conditions and actively encourage schools to confront the issue of origin of education and look for a breakthrough in reform at the educational model level. School education in our province is pregnant with a strong impulse of innovation, new ideas, new models, new methods, new paths, and education reform from time to time will touch on institutional issues. Under such circumstances, if we cling to the traditional norms and dare to step beyond the thunderbolt, some deep-rooted reforms will inevitably come to a conclusion due to the trial and error. This is a worry that often arises in recent years when we conduct research in primary schools.
