本文采用液相单层溶血空斑技术研究了小剂量辐射全身作用后小鼠脾脏空斑形成细胞(PFC)的剂量效应关系,同时采用酸性α—乙酸萘酯酯酶(ANAE)染色法平行地测定了T淋巴细胞亚组的变化。 根据实验要求,Swiss小鼠和C57BL/6纯系小鼠分别接受0.25~0.025Gy的X射线全身照射,剂量率为0.0125~0.015Gy/min,照射后9小时用绵羊红细胞(SRBC)腹腔注射免疫,兔疫后四天检查脾脏的PFC反应,同时进行ANAE染色颗粒分型。结果发现:Swiss小白鼠受0.1~0.25Gy照射后PF C反应受抑,但受
In this study, the dose-response relationship of splenic plaque-forming cells (PFCs) in mice spleen treated with low-dose radiation was studied using liquid monolayer hemolysis plaque technique. Simultaneously, acid alpha-naphtoacetate esterase (ANAE) staining was used in parallel. Changes in T-lymphocyte subsets were determined. According to the experimental requirements, Swiss mice and C57BL/6 pure strain mice were irradiated with X-rays from 0.25 to 0.025 Gy, respectively, at a dose rate of 0.0125 to 0.015 Gy/min, and were immunized intraperitoneally with sheep red blood cells (SRBC) 9 hours after irradiation. The PFC response of the spleen was examined four days after the rabbit epidemic, and the ANAE staining was performed for granule typing.
