我们浙江生产建设兵团二师五团有一辆美式《顺风牌》小轿车改装的小货车,这辆小货车自改装后曾多次发生后桥半轴断裂,飞出车轮,造成事故。经过多次研究,找出了断轴的主要原因是该车后桥结构是老式“半浮”结构,半轴既受负荷,又受扭力,同时装配保养困难,再加上行驶道路起伏不平,有时负荷量偏高,以致造成后半轴的断裂。我们抓住这一主要矛盾进行改装。如附图十一(甲)是改装前,图十一(乙)是改装后的情况。经过改装,在
