目的探讨海藻玉壶汤中海藻甘草反药组合对大鼠肝肾功能的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性药组、海藻玉壶组、去海藻组、去甘草组、去海藻甘草组,除空白组外,其余各组灌服丙硫氧嘧啶复制甲状腺肿大模型,以优甲乐0.02 mg/kg作为阳性对照药,各组分别给予相应药物14 g/kg,1次/d,连续28 d。检测各组大鼠肝脏、肾脏系数,血清中肝功能和肾功能相关指标。结果模型组及各给药组大鼠的肝脏系数明显低于正常组和阳性药组(P<0.05),模型组大鼠的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)数值明显高于正常组,阳性药组、去海藻组、去甘草组以及去海藻甘草组对3项指标均有向正常值回归的趋势。与空白组和模型组比较,去海藻组白蛋白(ALB)升高,去海藻甘草组ALB降低,均有显著性差异(P<0.05);去甘草组球蛋白(GLB)数值明显低于空白组和模型组(P<0.05);模型组、去甘草组、去海藻甘草组总蛋白(TP)值低于空白组(P<0.05)。模型组、海藻玉壶汤组、去海藻组和去海藻甘草组尿素氮(BUN)高于空白组(P<0.05),去甘草组和去海藻甘草组尿酸(UA)低于模型组(P<0.05),肌酐(Scr)各组无明显差别。结论海藻玉壶汤中海藻和甘草反药配伍对大鼠肝肾功能无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of seaweed and licorice combination in seaweed juguetang on the liver and kidney function in rats. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, positive drug group, seaweed jade pot group, to seaweed group, to licorice group, to seaweed licorice group, except the blank group, the other groups were fed propylthiouracil The model of goiter was duplicated. The best control group was 0.02 mg / kg of euthyrox, and the corresponding drugs were given at 14 g / kg and once daily for 28 consecutive days. The indexes of liver and kidney, serum and liver function and renal function in each group were detected. Results The liver coefficient of model group and each administration group was significantly lower than that of the normal group and the positive group (P <0.05). The ALT, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) values were significantly higher than the normal group, the positive drug group, to seaweed group, to licorice group and to seaweed licorice group on the three indicators have returned to normal trend. Compared with the blank group and the model group, albumin (ALB) in seaweed group increased and ALB decreased in seaweed licorice group (all P <0.05), GLB values in blank group were significantly lower than that in blank group Group and model group (P <0.05). The total protein (TP) of the model group, licorice group and the seaweed licorice group was lower than that of the blank group (P <0.05). The levels of urea nitrogen (BUN) in the model group, the seaweed Yuhu Tang group, the seaweed group and the seaweed licorice group were higher than those in the blank group (P <0.05), while those in the licorice group and the seaweed licorice group were lower than those in the model group <0.05), creatinine (Scr) no significant difference between each group. Conclusion Seaweed Yuhu soup in seaweed and licorice anti-drug compatibility on rat liver and kidney function had no significant effect.
