目的了解血清胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cystatin C,CysC)在检测诊断肾功能损害中的应用。方法对我院肾内科住院患者和健康者血清进行CysC、BUN、Cr测定,对健康者血清进行CysC测定,并作对比分析。结果健康对照组与有肾功能损害患者CysC差异有统计学意义;在肾炎和肾病患者血清中CysC阳性检出率高于BUN、Cr;在肾衰患者血清中CysC阳性检出率与BUN、Cr差异无统计学意义。结论血清中CysC可作为肾功能损害一个较好的检测诊断指标,特别是在肾炎和肾病的诊断中灵敏度、特异性较BUN、Cr为高。 Objective To understand the application of serum cystatin C (CysC) in the diagnosis of renal damage. Methods The levels of CysC, BUN and Cr in serum of hospitalized patients and healthy volunteers in our hospital were determined. The serum levels of CysC in healthy volunteers were measured and compared. Results There was a significant difference in CysC between healthy control group and patients with renal dysfunction. The positive rate of CysC in serum of patients with nephritis and nephropathy was higher than that of BUN and Cr. The positive rate of CysC in serum of patients with renal failure was significantly lower than that of BUN and Cr The difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Serum CysC can be used as a good diagnostic test for renal dysfunction, especially in the diagnosis of nephritis and nephropathy sensitivity, specificity higher than BUN, Cr.
