我院消化内镜中心从一般的接受进修医师进修到对消化内镜进修医师进行正规培训,至今已有10多年了.现在,内镜技术的发展很快,很普及,基层医院临床上分科需要消化科医师具备娴熟的内镜技术,因此,做好进修医师的培训提高成为一项重要工作.
