γ干扰素(IFN-γ)可提高肿瘤细胞表面抗原的表达和激发宿主抗肿瘤免疫应答反应,在肿瘤的治疗中发挥重要作用。本研究采用经腹腔注入脂质体载体将huIFN-γ基因转染荷瘤小鼠体内,通过转基因体内表达huIFN-γ了解是否可以发挥抑制肿瘤的作用,并与外源性给予重组huIFN-γ两者治疗效
Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) can enhance the expression of tumor cell surface antigens and stimulate the host anti-tumor immune response, play an important role in the treatment of tumors. In this study, huIFN-γ gene was transfected into tumor-bearing mice by intraperitoneal injection of lipofectamine. The expression of huIFN-γ in transgenic mice was investigated to find out whether the tumor suppressor gene hu hui can play a role in tumor suppression. Therapeutic effect
