先天性髋关节脱位是一种常见病.因外观畸形不明显而容易漏诊,很多儿童开始走路出现跛行时方引起家属重视,造成延误治疗.3岁以上患儿应用Salter、Chiari和Pemberton等手术.虽能取得较好效果,但均存在一些问题和并发症,特别大年龄患儿,由于髋关节病理改变严重,应用单一的手术方法存在的问题更多.我院从1986年以来采用切开复位联合截骨成形术治疗先天性髋关节脱位,术后达2.5年以上者66例78髋,效果良好,报告如下.
