目的 :建立并考察人血浆中还原性谷胱甘肽的测定方法。方法 :采用邻苯二甲醛 (OPA)柱前衍生化RP-HPLC测定人血浆中谷胱甘肽的含量 ,并进行了方法学考察。结果 :3种浓度谷胱甘肽的平均回收率为 10 4.0 0 %± 3 .91% ,日内RSD≤ 3.6 9% ;日间RSD≤ 5 .38%。结论 :该方法可用于人血浆中还原型谷胱甘肽浓度的测定
Objective: To establish and examine the determination of reducing glutathione in human plasma. Methods: The content of glutathione in human plasma was determined by pre-column derivatization with o-phthalaldehyde (OPA) and the methodological study was conducted. Results: The average recoveries of three concentrations of glutathione were 10 4.0 0% ± 3.91%, RSD ≤ 3.6 9% and daytime RSD ≤ 5 .38%. Conclusion: This method can be used to determine the concentration of reduced glutathione in human plasma
