环烷酸和羟乙基乙二胺经两步缩合脱水反应生成咪唑啉中间体.再以甲苯为携水剂,用硼酸与该中间体制得环烷酸咪唑啉硼酸酯(NIB),用红外光谱对产品进行了表征.采用静态挂片法对NIB在酸性溶液中的缓蚀性能进行评价.实验结果表明:NIB在酸性溶液中对碳钢挂片、铝挂片、不锈钢具有良好的缓蚀效果.电化学极化曲线得到的结果与失重法定结果一致.NIB缓蚀率随温度先升高后降低;随时间延长缓蚀率先升高后降低.
Naphthenic acid and hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine by two-step condensation dehydration reaction intermediates imidazoline. Re-toluene as a water-carrying agent, with boric acid and the intermediate naphthenic acid imidazoline borate (NIB), with Infrared spectroscopy was used to characterize the product. The static coupon method was used to evaluate the corrosion inhibition performance of NIB in acidic solution. The experimental results show that NIB has good retardation in carbonated steel coupons, aluminum coupons and stainless steels The results obtained by the electrochemical polarization curve are consistent with the statutory results of weight loss.The corrosion inhibition rate of NIB first increases and then decreases with the increase of temperature, while the corrosion inhibition rate increases first and then decreases with time.
