我国目前是从计划经济领域转变到市场经济领域的发展中国家,在改革开放的这30年来获得了令世人刮目相看的经济的快速增长。随着社会的不断发展,我国行政事业单位的改革在一步一步不断深入,逐渐适应了环境的不断变化,并呈现出向着多样化特点方向发展的趋势,当然便不断暴露出包括管理制度、应用理论以及财政可见性等不同程度的弊病。我国初步形成了以绩效管理模式为核心的理论体系,而应用能否达到预期效果还处于筹备当中。目前从收集到的信息来看不太令人满意,也遇到了众多的困难与阻碍,但是想要达到改革与创新的目标,困难也是在所难免的。文章就绩效管理模式在我国行政事业单位中与以往的管理模式进行对比,对其存在的优势进行分析与论证。
