本文以复方汤剂中主要药效成分煎出率为指标,考察饮片厚度和煎■对大承气汤、治疗姜片虫方汤剂质量的影响。实验表明:大黄饮片厚度影响到汤剂的质量;槟榔则无影响。远红外煎药与直火煎差不多。改善药材粉碎度,采用暖瓶浸泡法可提高汤剂质量。
In this paper, the decocting rate of the main medicinal ingredients in the compound decoction was used as an index to examine the effect of decoction slice thickness and decoction on the quality of Dachengqi Decoction and the treatment of ginger tablet decoction. Experiments show that the thickness of rhubarb decoction affects the quality of decoction; betel nut has no effect. Far-infrared decoction is similar to direct fire. Improve the grinding degree of herbs, and use warm bottle immersion method to improve the quality of soup.
