汽车轮辐零件的制作是一个多工步冲压成形过程,在最后一道工序圆孔翻边时经常出现开裂。利用仿真软件对汽车轮辐零件的成形过程进行有限元模拟分析,讨论了圆孔翻边系数、材料参数和成形工艺对翻边成形的影响。结果表明,材料屈服强度的增加对翻边开裂有很大影响。通过改进翻边工艺,使轮辐零件圆孔翻边开裂缺陷得到控制,开裂率降低到0.1‰,获得了较好的产品质量。
The production of automobile spoke parts is a multi-step stamping process, which often leads to cracking in the last process of round hole flanging. The finite element simulation analysis of the forming process of automobile spoke parts was carried out by using the simulation software. The influence of the burring coefficient, material parameters and forming process on the forming of the flange was discussed. The results show that the increase of the yield strength of the material has a great influence on the flange cracking. By improving the flanging process, flaw cracking of round flange of spoke parts is controlled, the cracking rate is reduced to 0.1 ‰, and a better product quality is obtained.
