目的采用LC-MS/MS法鉴别强力追风活络胶囊中非法添加的双氯芬酸。方法色谱柱为Shim-packVP-ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.02mol·L-1乙酸铵的0.1%乙酸水溶液-乙腈(55∶45),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长280nm;Agilent6310离子阱质谱仪,电喷雾离子源(ESI),雾化气压力40psi,干燥气温度350℃,流速9mL·min-1,扫描范围150~500m/z。结果在高效液相色谱图、质谱图中,样品出现与双氯芬酸成分一致的色谱峰、质谱峰。结论所建方法简单可行,结果准确可靠,可用于强力追风活络胶囊中添加双氯芬酸成分的定性鉴别。
Objective To identify diclofenac illegally added in Qixinqifeng Capsule by LC-MS / MS. Methods The chromatographic column was Shim-pack VP-ODS (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.02mol·L -1 ammonium acetate in 0.1% acetic acid in water and acetonitrile at a flow rate of 1.0mL · min -1. The detection wavelength was 280nm. The Agilent 6310 ion trap mass spectrometer, electrospray ionization source (ESI), atomization gas pressure 40psi, drying gas temperature 350 ℃, flow rate 9mL · min-1 and scanning range 150 ~ 500m / z. Results In HPLC and MS spectra, the sample showed peaks consistent with the diclofenac composition. Conclusion The method is simple and feasible, the results are accurate and reliable, which can be used for the qualitative identification of diclofenac components added in Quxiaoliu Capsule.
